Join us and lead innovation with us. We are currently seeking a Jr Manager of Competitiveness and Improvement to join our area team. This role is responsible for leading pricing strategies, margin improvement initiatives, and financial analysis activities to support business growth, profitability, and competitive positioning within the Aftersales business.
A day in the life of this role:
• Lead the development of pricing recommendations for dealer pricing and promotional opportunities in alignment with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Manage competitive pricing analysis, including OEM benchmarking, market price indexing, and competitive intelligence gathering.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical models to evaluate the financial impact of pricing initiatives and business proposals.
• Monitor pricing performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership regarding profitability and pricing strategies.
• Lead margin improvement initiatives in collaboration with Finance, SCM, Manufacturing Plants, NNA, and Commercial teams.
• Assess revenue impacts of commercial proposals and provide recommendations to maximize profitability.
• Guide process automation initiatives related to pricing and margin improvement in partnership with IT teams.
• Lead dealer pricing support activities and coordinate new model part number assignments.
Who We’re Looking for:
Mandatory Requirements:
• Travel Required: No.
• Advanced English level (minimum 500 TOEIC points).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of financial and business analysis experience, including sales, margins, pricing models, and profitability analysis.
• 3+ years of pricing experience in service parts or high-SKU industrial environments.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex business situations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate analytical findings and business recommendations.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Desirable Requirements:
• Experience within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• High level of financial analysis expertise, including profitability and investment evaluation.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work with urgency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
