【About the Role】
CASETiFY is looking for a Marketing Associate who can hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring strong attention to detail with a good sense of aesthetics and brand consistency.
The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of marketing activations across different channels based on the brand’s objectives and priorities. This role requires someone who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working across content, CRM, digital channels, and multiple stakeholders.
【Responsibilities】
● Support the Assistant Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing execution, including copywriting across product, social media, advertising, and retail POP materials; marketing content localization; and the planning and execution of local creative assets, while tracking performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
● Work closely with the Global ECOM and CRM teams on day-to-day website and CRM operations, including optimizing website user journeys, supporting the implementation of new CRM tools and features, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. Collaborate with local cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless regional and global alignment and execution.
● Support CRM initiatives in close collaboration with the Global CRM team, including eDM copywriting, asset coordination, campaign setup and deployment, and performance tracking, while proactively exploring new approaches to improve engagement and conversion. Assist in executing marketing campaigns across diverse creative formats and touchpoints, both online and offline, to achieve defined KPIs.
● Liaise with and manage external agencies and partners based on project needs.
★A portfolio will be required for the 2nd stage of the interview process.
【Requirements】
● Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience. Experience in CRM and/or advertising agencies is preferred, especially within consumer-facing industries; strong copywriting experience is a plus.
● Proven experience in brand marketing with a strong commercial mindset and solid analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights while maintaining a strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency.
● Self-driven and highly adaptable, with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate dynamic, fast-changing environments.
