A bit about your role
As the Executive Manager P&C Business Partnering - Field, you will be a trusted strategic partner to senior executives and leadership teams, translating business priorities into people strategies that drive organisational performance, strengthen leadership capability and prepare the workforce for the future. You will provide strategic guidance across a large and complex operational portfolio, ensuring people and culture initiatives are aligned to enterprise objectives, commercially sustainable and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for our people and business.
In this role, you will lead through influence, partnering with specialist P&C expertise to deliver integrated workforce solutions that support organisational transformation, workforce planning and long-term capability building. You will play a key role in shaping enterprise people priorities while providing strategic oversight of employee and industrial relations matters, workforce change initiatives and compliance obligations. Partnering closely with leaders across the Field workforce, you will champion a culture of safety, wellbeing and inclusion, ensuring our people practices support a safe, thriving and high-performing organisation.
