Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Business Development Representative for a full-time, onsite sales opportunity based in Easton, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on B2B sales, new client acquisition, account management and relationship development throughout the local Lehigh Valley market.

The Business Development Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients and collaborate closely with recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions. This is a field-focused sales position involving direct, in-person prospect engagement and face-to-face outreach to business decision-makers.

COMPENSATION
• $53,000-$57,000 Base Salary
• Uncapped Commission
• First-Year Commission Earning Capability Up To $20,000

SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct direct, in-person B2B prospect engagement
• Perform proactive field-based prospecting and client acquisition
• Conduct territory-based sales outreach to business decision-makers
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Conduct market research and lead generation
• Attend networking events
• Meet established sales targets
• Develop relationships with key accounts

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Provide customer service to support client satisfaction
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions
• Prepare detailed sales reports
• Negotiate contracts
• Support ongoing client relationship development

LOCAL TRAVEL
• Local travel throughout the Lehigh Valley area
• No overnight travel
• Sales calls are local within approximately 25-30 miles of the office
• Company car provided for the role

Requirements

• 2.5-4 years of experience in sales, business development and account management REQUIRED
• Strong market research, lead generation and networking skills REQUIRED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruitment teams and independently REQUIRED
• Proficiency using CRM software and other sales-related tools REQUIRED
• Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and negotiate contracts REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field REQUIRED

PREFERRED
• Prior staffing industry experience
