Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive client experience and relationships, and operational excellence at the region, market, and financial center levels. The role serves as a growth leader, setting and executing strategies to grow market share, acquire new clients, deepen existing client relationships, and deliver the full capabilities of the bank. Key responsibilities include leading client and region strategies, strengthening relationships, driving disciplined sales execution and operational excellence, and adhering to regulatory, securities, and compliance laws and procedures. Job expectations include developing strategy, driving execution through Market Leaders, aligning efforts across markets, and coaching and developing leaders to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client outcomes
Responsibilities:

Utilizes organizational resources to deliver the full range of the bank’s capabilities to meet client needs and to gain competitive advantage
Leads market-level sales strategies and disciplined execution to grow market share, accelerate client acquisition, deepen existing relationships, and increase delivery of the bank’s full capabilities across the region

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of management experience
Experience developing and executing sales strategies
Proven results growing market share and acquiring new clients
Experience building trusted client and partner relationships that deepen engagement and drive measurable business results
Experience leading multi-state teams and managing regional strategy, geography, and budgets
Ability to be a change agent and work in a fast-paced environment
Can quickly learn partner’s business, priorities and challenges and execute
Can attract, recruit and retain an effective management team
Exercises sound judgment and experience to make timely and effective decisions
Projects enthusiasm, optimism and determination
Communicates strategic plans and tactical goals clearly and effectively at all levels
Travel required: Will vary depending on geography
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
