Planner/Buyer

Position Overview:

To ensure an efficient raw material planning and that purchase orders are issued to suppliers.

Key Responsabilities:

• Planning raw material requirements based on order requirements for Production.
• Coordinate PO's and deliveries of components from Infusion Care in D and other supliers in coordination with the Logistic Department in DK and quantity for production needs according with established plans and forecast from the Sales Department.
• Follow all general procedures, business plans, strategies and polices in UMD-MX.
• Establish and maintain satisfactory inventory levels.
• Effective communication with Productions and Planning department about materials.
• Verify stock levels in UMD-MX by inventories counts during the year.
• Complying with the company quality policy.

About you:

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in similar roles in manufacturing plants.
• Knowledge on the complete purchasing cycle.
• Desirable: Experience on Medical Devices companies.
• Proficiency on SAP is required.
• English proficiency: Intermediate - Advanced.
• Microsoft proficiency: Intermediate - Advanced.

Qualifications/Education:

· Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related careers.
