Maintenance Shift Supervisor

 

We are looking for a Maintenance Shift Supervisor with experience. You will use your skill set to assist in the improvement of our productivity, help make our mechanical systems more efficient, plan new machine installations, plan all repairs mechanical and electrical, plan all PM’s, compliance experience, manage budgets and schedules. You would be working in a fast-paced industrial setting, where every day is unique and interesting. The job is located in Biscoe, NC, this is a Second shift position.
What you will do:

• Execute and delegate all maintenance orders to supervisors
• Plan all work and help with the schedule
• Complete periodic maintenance records
• Maintain all preventative maintenance programs
• Provide knowledge and training to maintenance teams
• Plan all capital expenditures
• Compliance regulations
• Other tasks as needed

What you will need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Shift Supervisor experience
• Manufacturing experience required
• Industrial maintenance experience a plus
• Leadership experience
• Great communication skills
