Senior Manager of Product Marketing

Product Marketing sits at the center of product, marketing, sales, and customer insight. The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will lead positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, and revenue enablement for solutions that help organizations quantify cyber risk and use risk intelligence to make more informed business decisions. This role requires strong product marketing fundamentals, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex risk models, data, and analytics into clear value for executive, risk, and security buyers. Success will be measured through product adoption, pipeline contribution, sales effectiveness, win rates, and market understanding.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Own product positioning and messaging for cyber risk solutions (e.g., quantification, analytics, and risk intelligence), translating complex models, data, and analytics into clear business value for security, risk, and GRC leaders.
• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks that define target buyers, priority use cases, differentiated value, and the connection between quantitative risk analysis and business decisions.
• Partner with Product, Research, Sales, Customer Success, and customers to identify market needs, validate value propositions, inform roadmap priorities, and shape go-to-market strategy.
• Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market initiatives, including messaging, content, sales readiness, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch adoption programs.
• Create product marketing content, including solution briefs, website copy, buyer guides, business cases, thought leadership, demos, videos, and executive presentations. 
• Develop sales plays for use cases such as prioritizing cyber investments, communicating risk in financial terms, benchmarking risk posture, and supporting enterprise and third-party risk decisions.
• Build sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, discovery guides, value narratives, and objection-handling guidance.
• Train and support enterprise sales teams to strengthen discovery, improve value articulation, accelerate opportunities, and increase win rates.
• Lead customer, market, and competitive research across cyber risk quantification, risk analytics, and decision-support solutions, and translate findings into positioning, product, and sales guidance.
• Partner with demand generation and growth marketing teams to align campaigns with product positioning, priority use cases, buyer personas, and stages of the buying process.
• Track product marketing performance through adoption, pipeline contribution, win-loss findings, sales feedback, and content use, and recommend changes based on the results.

Required Qualifications: 

• 5-8+ years of B2B product marketing experience in cybersecurity, risk management, GRC, analytics, financial technology, or a related market.
• Working knowledge of cyber risk quantification, risk analytics, financial risk concepts, enterprise risk management, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to position complex technical or data-driven products and explain their value to both executive and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success planning product launches and leading cross-functional go-to-market programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with sales plays, enablement programs, competitive intelligence, and deal-specific guidance.
• Strong customer and market research skills, with the ability to turn findings into practical messaging, content, and go-to-market recommendations.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable results.
• Ability to leverage AI tools across roles and responsibilities.
