Your role
As Manager / Executive Assistant to the CFO of the ZEISS Segment Consumer Markets you will be responsible for a challenging range of duties requiring independent thinking and action at Board-level, work closely with the CFO and support her in strategic and operational issues as part of our focused strategy.
In addition, you will:
- Compile analyses and develop concepts for key areas of business development.
- Plan, manage, and implement cross-functional projects (business development, M&A, org development).
- Lead cross-functional projects and project teams
- Prepare strategic decisions and Management Board resolutions.
- Create strategy updates, executive speeches, and presentations.
- Support key meetings thorough preparation and rigorous follow-up.
- Manage key internal and external strategic stakeholders and build a strong global ZEISS network
- Bring in new ideas to further develop the effectiveness of the finance function and support the ongoing process and systems transformation
Your profile
- Degree from a leading university with excellent grades.
- Extensive professional experience at one of the leading management consultancies or in leading positions at high-growth start-ups
- Outstanding analytical competence, strategic and outside-the-box thinking
- Proven lateral leadership of large, interdisciplinary teams and management of complex projects.
- Enjoy working in an agile way in networked, diverse and cross-functional teams with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus); passion for innovation and new technologies.
