## Main Responsabilities

• Execute mechanical design, development, and implementation of improvements for engine auxiliary’s module components and systems.
• Drive product quality, reliability, and performance improvements through data-driven engineering analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Execute value engineering, cost reduction, supplier resourcing, and localization initiatives while maintaining product performance and manufacturability.
• Investigate field, manufacturing, and validation issues using structured root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Develop and release CAD models, engineering drawings, specifications, and engineering changes in support of new and existing engine programs.
• Collaborate with global engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply management, and supplier teams to implement design solutions and product enhancements.
• Support product validation activities, including design verification, testing, failure analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Own and maintain Focused Performance Metrics (FPM), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve quality, delivery, cost, and reliability.

## What Skills You Need

• Proficiency in CAD design and mechanical component development.
• Understanding of engine auxiliaries systems, brackets, mounting structures, piping, routing systems, sensors, actuators, and supporting hardware.
• Proven experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience executing cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electronic system integration.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, validation activities, and product development practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a data-driven approach.
• Fluent in English

## Education

• Engineering degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automotive
