Delta View Post Acute is seeking a professional, motivated, and results-driven Marketing Director to join our team on a Part-Time basis at $86.53 per hour.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, healthcare providers, community organizations, residents, and families to support census growth and strengthen the facility’s presence within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners.
• Promote the facility’s services, programs, and commitment to quality resident care.
• Conduct regular facility tours and meet with prospective residents and families.
• Maintain consistent communication with referral sources and community partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase referrals, admissions, and community awareness.
• Represent Delta View Post Acute at community events, healthcare networking opportunities, and industry meetings.
• Track marketing activities, referral trends, and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and leadership team on census development and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a professional and positive image of the facility within the healthcare community.
• Ensure marketing materials and communications accurately reflect the services and capabilities of the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, senior living, or healthcare strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with facility leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the local healthcare and referral community is a plus.
• Ability to represent the facility professionally and build long-term referral relationships.
