Warehouse Coordinator

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will improve the daily operations of the raw material, container, and tank farm warehouses. You will ensure planning of material receipts, efficient control of inbound and outbound goods, and proper storage of materials. You will ensure the availability, accuracy, and reliability of operational information through the monitoring and analysis of goals, contributing to overall logistics efficiency.

You will repor to Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational bases for the compliance of the goals established by us in the different Warehouses under its responsibility.

• You will ensure of the inventory control system based on the controls established to assure the goals set in the warehouses under its responsibility.

• Comply with all legal requirements for storage, handling and shipping of materials.

• You will ensure the receipt of raw materials observing the established procedures, preventively managing the issues associated with non-compliance with them.

• Create reports on warehouse indicators, inventory turnover, plan to ensure healthy inventory (no aging, no slow movement) and waste control.

• Ensure inventory accuracy in cycle counts and annual physical inventory.

• Verify compliance with warehouse operations in a safe manner, reporting findings through the use of Near Miss as an incident prevention tool.

• Develop Team Leaders and Warehouse Technicians for their professional and personal growth

• Produce an environment of trust and among the personnel under their charge.

• Management and administration of human resources (overtime).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering or related career.

• +5 years of experience in warehouse management.

• Manage warehouse indicators Measurements.

• ISO 9000, IATF standards.

• CT-PAT programs

• ORACLE/ SAP Application

• Warehouse management with more than 3000 SKUs.

• Inventory management and control tools, 5S, Continuous Improvement

• Advanced, Excel , Word, and PowerPoint.
