The Associate Store Manager acts as the strategic partner to the Store Manager, helping to lead and develop a leadership team of Assistant Managers and Key Leads, as well as our Sales Associates. You will drive business results by overseeing daily operations and ensuring an inclusive environment where customers can explore the Knix product line. While the Manager sets the vision, you bring it to life on the floor through real-time coaching and hands-on leadership that drives an exceptional customer experience.You are a people-first leader who builds community, manages operational complexity, and empowers a high-performing team to exceed targets.
