We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Engineer with strong AutoCAD 2D drafting skills to create shop drawings and technical documentation for retail signage, fixtures, millwork, cabinetry, and interior décor.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed AutoCAD shop drawings from architectural plans, elevations, renderings, and site surveys.
• Prepare production drawings for retail fixtures, signage, cabinetry, millwork, and décor.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure designs are accurate and manufacturable.
• Troubleshoot drawing/product issues and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Required: AutoCAD 2D experience/certification in architectural, mechanical, or engineering drafting.
• Preferred: Experience drafting cabinetry, millwork, interior décor/designs, or construction drawings.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in drafting, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Microsoft Office experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Details

• 100% on-site at the Fairfield, OH office.
• Start time between 7:00–8:30 AM, Monday–Friday.
• U.S. work authorization required.
