Job Description:

The Team Lead, Travel & Expenses will be based in Hyderabad, India. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Finance. Watch “Culture is our Passion” to learn more about us

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

• Process employee expenses/invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets Payment processing.
• Validating employee expenses as per policy.
• Resolve discrepant expenses/invoices as per the standard operating procedures
• Reporting activities - Generate and update the Employee/AP reports.
• Contact employee/vendors and confirm receipt of invoice/shipment. Employee/Vendor account reconciliation
• Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team
• Reporting on weekly basis
• Reconciliation of Sub-module vs Trial balance
• Analyse data & come with his/her findings on automation opportunity.

Here is some of what you will need (required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience and training. 
• (5-8) years of related experience in Travel & Expense management.
• Flexible to work in US time zone.

• Good written & oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and use of macros, Power BI dashboards
• Good presentation skills and teamwork.
