Edwards has an exciting opportunity in the Delivery Systems Network, focused on ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across the company's operations. You will report to the Senior Vice President, Quality Manufacturing and support several other key leaders at various levels throughout the organization. You will work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment and exercise discretion and judgment with confidential matters, while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting open communication and collaboration across teams. This role requires a proactive self-starter who possesses exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. A high level of professionalism, flexibility, and strong attention to detail are essential.
How you will make an impact:
- Manage schedule and calendar of management with attention to accuracy and detail, including keeping Executive informed of calendar changes and change requests.
- Use all computer programs relevant to the position to support development of correspondence, presentations, such as tracking and charting metrics data, and to perform data entry and report generation in support of a department, significant organizational group, or executive level management.
- Ensure the preparation of information, documents, and logistics for assigned department, significant organizational group, or executive level management.
- Draft organizational communications where confidentiality will need to be practiced.
- Perform general administrative activities including screening and directing phone calls, filing as well as composing and typing general correspondence under limited direction.
- Schedule domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, to optimize use of Executive's time and schedule.
- Plan and execute meetings, such as Townhalls, and potential meet and greets with external partners. Coordinating teambuilding and community service activities are also included.
- Support of Quality ELT Executive Assistant with Global Quality meetings and events.
What you’ll need (Required):
- H.S. Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 6 years of experience working in an Administrative/Executive Assistant role supporting Senior Leaders/C-Level Executives.
What else we look for (Preferred):
- BA/BS degree
- Experience working within either medical device, pharma, or biotech industries; or a highly regulated environment.
- Proven track record of high level, complex executive administration work experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Outlook calendaring and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience, and ability to manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Ability to interface, communicate, and collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and executives internally & externally, both as part of a team and independently.
- Must be able to work independently, produce work-product of the highest quality and accuracy, and take ownership for all assigned responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment.
- Proven time management skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment and remain cool under pressure when faced with changing priorities.
- Strong integrity, demonstrated ethical behavior, ability to maintain confidentiality and work with confidential information, and the ability to exercise appropriate discretion with sensitive issues.
- Proven track record of developing effective partnerships and collaboration across multiple groups and interests.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Ability to complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways.
- Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $72,000 to $98,000 (highly experienced).
