Description
TRAVELING MECHANICAL SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Your next project might be cooler than your last vacation.
I’m confidentially representing a top national mechanical contractor hiring Traveling Senior Project Managers for major projects in:
Ohio
Maryland
This team builds the kind of projects people recognize. Think professional sports venues, major hospitals, manufacturing facilities, power plants, concert venues, mission-critical facilities, and other complex projects across the country.
What they need:
• Proven Mechanical Project Management experience with a mechanical contractor. GC-only experience will not qualify.
• Large-project experience required. You should have managed mechanical scopes exceeding $20M with strong HVAC, piping, plumbing, or sheet metal knowledge.
• Strong cradle-to-grave PM experience including budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, change management, forecasting, client relationships, field coordination, prefabrication, commissioning, and closeout.
• Ability to lead complex project teams and work directly with GCs, owners, design teams, field leadership, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel for major projects. These are long-term project assignments with a national contractor offering continued opportunities after each project.
Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000, based on experience and qualifications. Plus, guaranteed project bonuses written into your employment agreement.
Why people join:
