  Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – PRN 

Concept Rehab is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team on a PRN/as-needed basis in Cedarburg, WI.

What You’ll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, cognition, functional skills, and independence with daily activities
• Follow individualized plans of care and monitor patient progress
• Communicate with patients, families, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Participate in care plan and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and facility staff
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Help patients achieve greater independence and quality of life

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current Wisconsin OTA license/certification or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
• Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus
