Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of specific supply chain functions (e.g., warehousing, logistics, inventory). - Ensure that daily activities run smoothly and meet established timelines. - Manage a team of staff members, providing direct supervision, training, and performance evaluations. - Coordinate staffing schedules and assign daily tasks. - Implement policies and procedures set forth by management to ensure compliance and efficiency. - Monitor compliance with safety standards and operational protocols. - Address operational issues and provide solutions to maintain productivity. - Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and prepare reports for management review. - Track inventory levels, delivery schedules, and supply chain performance metrics. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and address any service-related issues. - Mengawasi operasi sehari-hari dari fungsi rantai pasokan tertentu (misalnya, pergudangan, logistik, inventaris). - Memastikan bahwa aktivitas harian berjalan dengan lancar dan memenuhi tenggat waktu yang ditetapkan. - Mengelola tim anggota staf, memberikan supervisi langsung, pelatihan, dan evaluasi kinerja. - Mengkoordinasikan jadwal staf dan menetapkan tugas harian. - Mengimplementasikan kebijakan dan prosedur yang ditetapkan oleh manajemen untuk memastikan kepatuhan dan efisiensi. - Memantau kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan dan protokol operasional. - Menangani masalah operasional dan memberikan solusi untuk menjaga produktivitas. - Memelihara catatan yang akurat dari aktivitas rantai pasokan dan menyiapkan laporan untuk tinjauan manajemen. - Melacak tingkat inventaris, jadwal pengiriman, dan metrik kinerja rantai pasokan. - Berinteraksi dengan pemangku kepentingan internal dan eksternal untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dan menangani masalah terkait layanan. - Mengkomunikasikan pembaruan pengiriman dan informasi logistik kepada pelanggan.Company:
