What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and execute OKX’s retail growth strategy for Brazil, aligning local priorities with the company’s broader business objectives.

Build and scale growth initiatives across relevant channels, partnerships, product-led programs, community activations, and local campaigns.

Lead relationships with influencers and KOLs, from selection and negotiation to campaign execution and performance management.

Support local PR efforts, working with global internal teams and external agencies to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.

Own the strategy and execution of events, sponsorships, and offline activations that drive awareness, engagement, and user growth.

Define KPIs, analyze performance, and translate data into actionable insights that drive measurable business results.

Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, experimentation, personalization, content workflows, and operational efficiency.

Manage multiple workstreams, budgets, partners, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
What We Look For In You

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing/Growth in fast paced industry.

Strong familiarity with AI tools and a practical understanding of how to apply them to analysis, experimentation, personalization, and productivity.

A highly data-driven and results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to turn insights into measurable growth.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.

An entrepreneurial mindset, with strong ownership, adaptability, and bias toward action.

Excellent organization and project-management capabilities.

A genuine passion for crypto, blockchain technology, and digital assets.

Flexibility to adapt working hours to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.

Fluency in Portuguese and English.
