Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and coordination of RFP and RFI deliverables.

• Perform entry-level proposal support activities.

• Assist with the coordination, sourcing, and generation, where applicable of Investigator Grant costs estimates and supporting preferred vendor service quotations

• Assist with data handling and reporting of our therapeutic area experience database, working closely with subject matter experts across our therapeutic areas.

• Assist with document management, data collection, and administrative tasks related to proposal development.

• Collaborate with proposal team members to ensure timely delivery of customer-facing work.

Contract Term

• Up to 12-month internship contract

• Target start date: Mid-Late October 2026
