Job Description Summary
We are seeking a North America Sales Operations Leader to establish and optimize our regional sales operating mechanism and to support the GM of North America Sales. This role is critical to driving lean principles within the commercial organization, measuring sales pipeline, implementing data-driven insights, enabling demand creation and country strategy, deploying an operating mechanism to best enable sales success. The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Sales Operations leader, while maintaining a close, dotted line relationship with the North America Sales General Manager.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Leadership Support
- Serve as the primary liaison between NAM Sales teams and Commercial Enablement delivering:
- Pipeline management
- GE Vernova play
- Key Campaigns
- Collaborate and support Regional Sales GM to align operational initiatives with sales strategy and to manage internal requests.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the North American sales market for Wind, development timelines, permit process, and analyzing external data to provide insights into deal maturity
- Develop and implement customer engagement plans across core and serving markets
- Develop and implement country-specific planning across core and servicing markets
- Lead Commercial Intensity initiatives and focus on regional bidding activity
- Present regular updates to executive leadership on operational performance and initiatives
- Support customer-facing meetings with GE Vernova materials and data
Operating Mechanism Development
- Design and implement a comprehensive regional sales operations mechanism that aligns with global standards while addressing the needs of the North America market and sub-regions. Support regional Bowler Reviews.
- Establish rigorous cadences for pacing, bidding activity, pipeline reviews and assessments and account reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally between sales, commercial operationss, competitiveness, and finance teams.
- Support Account Reviews, from process, reporting and any associated submissions as an output of Account Reviews.
- Drive customer engagement planning and support needs for customer meetings
Analytics and Insights
- Operationalize commercial analytics capabilities, including Tableau dashboards, support KPI tracking, and performance metrics through working with Analytics leader.
- Support deep-dive analyses needed to support priorities North America Sales GM such as sales performance, market trends, and pipeline health
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership based on data analysis covering topics such as bidding activity and resource planning
- Partner with global teams to ensure consistent reporting standards and methodologies
- Participate in process improvement and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with Product Strategy and Strategic Marketing function to ensure data-driven commercial analytics and insights are shared and incorporated into strategic processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive commercial experience in one or more of the following areas: pricing, sales operations, commercial operations, sales, commercial strategy, or other customer-facing commercial functions.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects, with demonstrated success delivering results on time and within scope.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience leveraging commercial data and analytics to generate business insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive commercial performance.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $128,400.00 and $213,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: sales incentive.
