F&B Manager

Overview

Parkwest Casino is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated F&B Manager to join our team and make a real difference in our guest’s experience! The F&B Manager will execute the highest level of service standards to our appreciated guests by being the face of the restaurant/bar. Responsibilities

A successful F&B Manager has a strong knowledge of affordable menu planning with the use of food and pour costs.

F&B Managers are expected to actively participate in the training of all employees in their department.

F&B Managers should expect to work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure proper food quality, quantity, and presentation.

F&B Managers should be knowledgeable in maintaining a ordering system by creating budget & business conscious par levels.

Ability to maintain an efficient scheduling program to ensure a high standard of service with use of minimum man-hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.

Physical and mental requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to sit, walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day.
• Position will require repetitive use of hands for the following actions; simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling and reaching for entire shift.
• Position may require exposure to excessive noise, exposure to dust, gas, flames, chemicals, exposure to extremes in temperature, humidity or wetness.
• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
