Dedicated Local CDL-A Grocery Driver – Daily Home Time ($1,500 Sign-On)
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Valid Class A CDL with 3+ months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 36 months.
- Passed pre-employment DOT drug screening (urine & hair).
- Availability for 12-hour shifts across a 24/7 dispatch window (nights, weekends, holidays mandatory).
- Personal daily transportation to the distribution center.
WHAT YOU GET:
- Solid Earnings: Average ~$1,400 to $1,550+ per week with top earners topping $1,750+/week.
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus: Quick 90-day payout timeline ($250 load 1, $500 at 30 days, $250 at 60 days, $500 at 90 days).
- Weekend Multipliers: $50 bonus per shift worked during peak weekend windows (Fri 4 PM – Sun 11:59 PM).
- Protection & Extras: $45 route minimum pay, $51.50 backhaul pay, $20 stop pay (after 1st), and $75 holiday pay.

WHAT THE WORK IS:
- Daily Home Time: Back in your own bed every day with 2 fixed days off per week.
- Route Profile: Dedicated store runs to OH, KY, and IN (under 250 miles out).
- Freight: No-touch dry & reefer (combination of drop-and-hook & live unload).
