Dedicated Local CDL-A Reefer Driver | $10K Sign-On | Westfield, MA
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
- Top-Tier Earnings: $85,000 to $95,000 annual average gross ($1,630+ weekly).
- Massive Incentive: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (payouts start after load #1).
- Competitive Pay Structure:
- $0.50 – $0.54 CPM (~1,865 miles/wk)
- $50/day full attendance bonus
- $19.00 – $31.50 per stop
- $15/hr detention (after 1st hr) | $100 layover rate
- Hotel Accommodation: If an occasional layover occurs during your shift, hotel room costs are fully covered by the account.
- Complete Benefits: Day-1 PTO accrual, health benefits after 30 days, 401(k) match, and paid uniforms.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Shift Commitment: Work Monday through Friday AND every other Saturday.
- Daily Availability: 12 to 14-hour work shifts starting between 10 AM and 2 PM.
- Driving Experience: Minimum 3 months Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Physical Work: Comfort performing pallet jack unloads (1–3 pallets per stop) for local grocery store drop-offs.
- Compliance & Setup: Pass DOT physical plus hair follicle and urine drug screenings. Slip-seat in automatic day cabs based out of the Westfield terminal.
