Why This Role Is Important To Us

Fund Accounting is at the heart of our Asset Servicing business. Our teams play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely Net Asset Values (NAVs) and reporting to our clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in the delivery and oversight of ETF fund accounting services. This is an individual contributor role that combines technical fund accounting expertise with leadership through influence and operational oversight.

What You Will Be Responsible For

•  Prepare assigned ETF portfolios in line with agreed deadlines to ensure funds can be finalised accurately and timely from our North American offices.

•  Support the resolution of challenging accounting and operational issues helping to lead process improvement and automation initiatives.

•  Coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders including Custody, Pricing, Transfer Agency, Client Service and Technology teams.

•  Provide technical assistance to Associate I and Associate II team members.

•  Support the onboarding of new funds, changes to existing funds and other team deliverables as required.

•  Perform review activities and provide oversight across key deliverables to support fund accuracy and service quality.

•  Participate in client service reviews and operational discussions.
•  Identify operational risks and control weaknesses, driving remediation activities where required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree

•  Relevant experience in fund accounting, investment operations, administration, financial services or a comparable environment.

•  Understanding of ETF fund structures and investment products is preferred.

•  Experience reviewing work and supporting quality control processes.

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with financial data.
