What You'll Be Doing
Commercial Banking is focused on partnering with Canada’s leading organizations through industry expertise, innovative thinking, and strategic solutions that help clients create, protect, and realize stakeholder value. As a Manager, Business Management, you'll support the Client and Employee Experience team by managing core compliance activities, reporting processes, and business initiatives that impact clients and employees across Commercial Banking. You'll also support larger initiatives and special projects, helping move priorities forward in alignment with business objectives. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys combining operational discipline, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement in a national role.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.
