Description
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Location: Singapore
Job Purpose:
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring effective budget management, accurate forecasting and timely identification of cost risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project forecast, commitment tracking, change control and AFE tracking.
- Prepare weekly cost reports and Forecast at Completion (FAC).
- Monitor project budget, commitments and expenditure against approved budgets.
- Track and manage change orders and assess cost impacts.
- Provide cost reporting for SG gate reporting.
- Identify cost risks and support appropriate mitigation measures.
- Work closely with project and commercial teams to maintain effective cost controls.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in offshore EPC or marine projects.
- Strong experience in project cost control, forecasting and budget management.
- Experience with AFE, change orders and commitment tracking.
- Power BI experience is preferred.
