🚨 We're Hiring: Procurement Assistant II
📍 Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid
🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position

PURPOSE            :     

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end P2P process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
• Validate pricing requests against business policies, approvals and commercial guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of pricing data before approval and processing
• Review and process pricing approval requests submitted through Salesforce.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the P2P process, reducing cycle times and improving efficiency.
• Analyze Procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for process improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization.
• Ensure compliance with Procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the Procurement process.
• Conduct regular audits of Procurement activities to ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and legal departments, to ensure alignment of Procurement activities with organizational goals.
• Provide training and support to team members on Procurement processes and best practices.
