RYZE was founded in 2019 by Andrée Werner and Rashad Hossain, out of a parents' basement, with a mission to change daily health, starting with the morning routine: a nutrient-dense mushroom coffee delivering clean energy, mental clarity, and immune support. Built on a Direct-to-Consumer foundation with a performance marketing engine, RYZE achieved hockey-stick growth and a community of over 1 million active subscribers.
DTC remains the foundation, but RYZE has expanded into mass retail, quickly becoming the #2 item in Target's overall coffee category and is now executing a multi-channel expansion, with a cross-category launch coming in early 2027. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include:

• Support production planning and ensure alignment between demand, supply and available capacity.
• Maintain and update supply‑planning data in the MRP system, including inventory, purchase orders, sales forecasts, promotional inputs and production assumptions.
• Review and update NetSuite items, locations and transaction data to ensure accuracy for reporting and planning.
• Monitor transfer orders (TOs), item receipts and assembly builds to identify and report issues causing inventory discrepancies at supplier locations.
• Coordinate with supplier partners to support accurate end‑of‑month inventory reconciliation at supplier locations.
• Assist in managing inventory and availability reports for sales and marketing, including marketing materials and promo kits.
• Proactively surface supply‑ and data‑related issues to relevant teams for resolution before they impact production or fulfillment.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Supply Planning, Manufacturing or Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance, inventory or supply‑chain support role within a manufacturing or consumer‑goods environment.
• Experience with compliance documentation and regulatory standards is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in documentation or data.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain records and logs effectively.
• Ability to analyse and investigate supply, production or quality issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
