This position reports to:
Local Division Manager, Ports Electrification__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to lead a team of HSE experts for Porst Electrification Business Line. Each day, you will make sure the team keeps developing capabilities and skills, supporting the business in the implementation of policies, practices and programs. You will also showcase your expertise by driving behavioral change and HSE learning within the organization.
The work model for the role is: on site
This role is contributing to the HSE strategy for our Ports electrification projects. Main stakeholders are internal and external candidates
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting line managers and supervisors in the organization in understanding obligations, liabilities and requirements
- Ensuring appropriate tools and measures are in place and used effectively, at the same time reporting the HSE incidents.
- Reporting on HSE performance and progress with respect to the Group objectives
- Drive behavioral change and ensuring HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practices
- Create HSE Policies for better execution of projects

Qualifications for the role
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Educational background in HSE field or related studies
- Fluent English
- Expertise working with ISOO Standars
- Desirable experience with Electrical Projects
- Availability to Travel
- Experience working with multicultural environments
