Salary range: $78,249-$100,159
Job Scope:
Supervises, coordinates and prioritizes daily activities of direct reports. Participates in the preparation, administration and monitoring of the division’s budget.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in automotive science or related field.
- Five (5) of experience in fleet repairs and management in a related field or equivalent combination.
- Valid state Commercial Driver License and acceptable driving record required.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of general mechanics and management of a repair shop.
- Skills in computer operations, quality control, typing, and safety practices.
- Ability to guide, train, direct and motivate employees;
- Ability to organize and supervise the activities of others;
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other departments and with suppliers or the public as needed.
