Medical Assistant – Full Time (On‑Site)

Location: 4051 Upper Creek Drive Suite 101 Sun City Center, FL 33573

Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends) 8am to 5pm

Pay: $19-$24

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys direct patient interaction, and takes pride in keeping a clinic running smoothly. You’ll support providers, manage patient flow, and ensure every patient receives efficient, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient rooming — Room patients, take vitals, and prepare charts for the visit

• Chart Prepping — Review charts ahead of appointments to ensure accurate, complete information

• Clinical Support — Assist with basic in‑office procedures as needed

• Administrative Tasks — Work on prior authorizations, handle patient calls, and manage follow‑up communication

• Patient Flow Coordination — Help maintain a steady, organized flow of 20–22 patients per day

• Documentation — Enter accurate clinical information into the EHR

• Team Support — Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure a smooth clinic experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience (Required)

• Strong multitasking skills and comfort working in a high‑volume clinic

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills

• Ability to stay organized and calm during busy patient schedules

• Experience with prior authorizations and patient phone triage is a plus

Compensation Range:

$18.00

to

$27.00

 

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
