About the Role

• Support ASSC and GO Finance FoW in implementing AI and digital automation solutions for various finance processes.
• Has strong IT / AI background, some finance exposure, and a proactive learning mindset to understand financial reporting, controls and insurance business context
• Expected to work under the guidance of Finance SMEs, PM and Technology Managers.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support AI and finance automation implementation with requirements clarification, prototyping design, deployment support and handover.
• Work with Finance SMEs and PM to understand reporting logic, data flows, business rules, controls and users’ pain points.
• Help to translate finance requirements into practical AI and digital solutions, including RAG, data workflows, automation tools and AI-assisted reporting.
• Contribute to prototypes, reusable prompts, agent workflows, templates and implementation playbooks with PM guidance.
• Build AI and data automation components using Python, SQL, APIs, Databricks, Azure OpenAI, RAG and other approved enterprise platforms.
• Assist with governance, including validation checks, access control, audit trails, exception handling and human review.
• Contribute to AI use-case exploration across finance and business areas to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.
• Support end-user adoption, documentation, training materials, efficiency analysis and BAU handover. 

 

Key Requirements 

• Technical / AI: Good IT/AI or automation implementation background, with hands-on exposure with AI/GenAI, RAG, data workflows, Python, SQL, API integration, Databricks, Azure OpenAI or similar technologies.
• Finance Exposure: Some finance reporting or insurance business exposure is preferred, together with a strong willingness to learn more finance knowledge, reporting processes, controls and business context.
• Delivery: Ability to support the translation of business requirements into technical solutions and to contribute to testing, documentation, deployment support and handover.
• Governance: Good awareness of control requirements, including data validation, audit trails, access control, exception handling, security and human review.
• Collaboration: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with finance users, SMEs, IT and data teams in a proactive and practical manner.
• Active Learning: Strong willingness to continuously learn new technologies, financial knowledge, reporting processes, insurance context, and to apply learned knowledge into practical solutions.
