Summary:
At Pyramid Healthcare in Radford we specialize in Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Pyramid Healthcare’s Culinary Department is looking to hire creative and compassionate individuals who have true passion for food and impacting the lives of others. Hourly Rate: $16.50/hour - $18/hour
Schedule:
Full time 40 hours/week between hours of 6:00am -8:30pm with weekend availability

Job Description:
- Prepares, cooks and serves food in accordance with established policies and procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe environment in the kitchen at all times.
- Complies with food safety standards and guidelines during all phases of food handling.
- Completes all required documentation including but not limited to food and equipment temperature logs.
- Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils and equipment, and returns to proper storage areas as requested.
- Assists in assuring the proper receiving, rotating and storage of food and supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience:
- Previous food service experience preferred
- ServSafe Certification preferred
