About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a Bellman who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role serves as one of the first and last impressions of the hotel by providing warm welcomes, personalized assistance, luggage handling, and transportation support while maintaining Four Seasons luxury service standards. 

What You will do

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. 
• Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings. 
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and features. 
• Coordinate transportation requests, including taxis, rideshares, and hotel vehicles. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front drive and lobby area. 
• Deliver guest requests and amenities promptly and accurately. 
• Provide local recommendations and directions to guests. 
• Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, and Housekeeping teams. 
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care. 
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards and create memorable guest experiences. 

What You'll Bring

• Previous hospitality, luxury hotel, or customer service experience preferred. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. 
• Professional appearance and positive attitude. 
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities. 
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. 
• Knowledge of Miami attractions, restaurants, and local destinations preferred. 
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. 
• Ability to provide genuine and personalized service to guests from around the world. 

What to Expect

• Standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift. 
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of luggage and guest items up to 50-80 pounds. 
• Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. 
• Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, rotating overnight shifts (2 shifts), weekends, and holidays. 
• Fast-paced luxury hotel environment with high guest interaction.
