Franklin Pierce University is actively seeking qualified candidates for a Graduate Assistant (GA) position in Sports Information. This two-year position offers valuable experience, including tuition remission and an annual stipend of $8,000. Please note that housing is not included, and acceptance is contingent upon successful admission to the University’s Graduate School.

Major Responsibilities:
- Serve as media contact for specific assigned sports.
- Generate press releases, event recaps, feature stories, and related content.
- Develop, monitor and maintain a consistent social media presence.
- Maintain team information and content on websites and physical archives.
- Produce publications, including record books, game programs, etc.
- Arrange and/or perform game day responsibilities such as public address, clock management, scoreboard operations, music, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in intercollegiate athletics preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience with website content management systems (SIDEARM, PrestoSports)
- General knowledge of statistical software (PrestoSports, StatCrew, NCAA Live Stats)
- Experience in sports photography, videography and editing
