Overview
As a Shift Lead, you'll lead by example on the warehouse floor, guiding pickers and riders during shifts. You'll ensure productivity and safety, handle onboarding of new staff, maintain equipment and hygiene standards, and step in for the Hub Manager when needed. The role requires hands-on involvement in all hub operations, strong leadership skills, and availability for evenings/weekends. You'll work at least 24 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
