Overview
As a Shift Lead, you'll be the right hand of the Hub Manager, leading operations from the floor. You'll guide and support pickers and riders, ensure productivity and safety, and handle picking, packing, and inbounding tasks. Responsibilities include coaching team members, managing inventory, checking equipment, maintaining hygiene standards, and onboarding new staff. You'll step in for the Hub Manager when needed and ensure orders are delivered within minutes. The role requires previous managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering.
