Adventure Tours, a premier motorcoach company, is looking for a passionate and skilled Charter Bus Operators to help us maintain our high standards of excellence at our Accokeek, MD location. As a Charter Bus Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate motorcoaches on assigned charter routes and schedules.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Provide information and assistance to passengers as needed.
- Ensure a pleasant and comfortable travel experience for all passengers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the motorcoach.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to the maintenance team.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with passenger endorsement (P) and airbrake endorsement.
- Minimum of 2 years of motorcoach or similar large vehicle driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle long hours and flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
