Description
Job Summary
Contributing to the achievement of sales and profit targets, analyze/improve merchandiser (MD) management and activities, and improve planogram in Modern Trade.
- Manage and analyze MD activities, identify issues, and then develop/execute improvement plans based on them.
- Capture and analyze actual store conditions, and then design/execute optimal planogram with Marketing / Sales Department.
Minimum requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in any related courses.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing within a(FMCG) company.
- Experience in MD management preferably
- Strategical and logical thinking skills
- Excellent Problem-Solving & Analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative and creative
- Microsoft office proficiency
