Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Managerial role responsible for major key accounts including Rapidus, KIOXIA, Sony, Micron, and JASM.
- Oversee schedule management, act as the primary customer interface, regular meetings, and manage installation and PM activities.
- Service revenue management.
- Escalation management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment or metrology and inspection systems
- Experience in customer management
- Experience in sales and revenue management processes
