Physician Assistant – WOMC (Warrior Operational Medicine Clinic)
Location: Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NVSchedule: Full-time or Part-time | 24/7 coverage (all shifts required)
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care in the Warrior Operational Medicine Clinic at Nellis AFB. This role involves delivering primary and urgent care in a fast-paced military setting under physician supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in clinical and urgent care settings
- Perform patient histories, physical exams, and order/interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Serve as Primary Care Manager (PCM) for assigned patients
- Provide preventive care and coordinate specialty referrals
- Manage emergent cases and stabilize patients as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team and communicate clinical findings
Requirements
- Minimum 24 months of PA experience within the last 36 months
- Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited program
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or Red Cross)
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 facilit
