Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple office locations
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract mission-aligned talent
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet organizational hiring needs
Culture & Employee Experience
- Establish and nurture a cohesive organizational culture across all offices
- Champion employee engagement initiatives that reflect the organization's values
- Serve as a trusted resource for staff at all levels of the organization
HR Operations
- Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure competitive, well-communicated offerings
- Develop, maintain, and update the employee handbook and HR policies
- Manage core HR functions including onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee relations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a non-profit or mission-driven organization
- Track record of recruiting and supporting staff across multiple locations
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and benefits administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels
