Social Media Content Creator

The Social Media Content Creator at Alternative Counseling and Wellness Center is a highly collaborative and creative position responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. He/she will largely be responsible for planning, developing and implementing our social media platforms which includes content ideation, planning, production, and analysis. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and manage social media strategy in line with organizational objectives. Define and manage the brand's identity across our online communities, ensuring it aligns with the company's broader strategies. Create engaging and shareable content regularly to grow the company’s footprint (press releases, corporate announcements, reactive content) Stay current on emerging social media trends and integrate them into our strategy as appropriate. Work with graphic designers and video editors to ensure content is informative and appealing. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to ensure content consistency and to generate new ideas. Monitor user engagement data and direct customer feedback to inform content planning and optimisation. Measure the success of every social media campaign and report on performance. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relations or related field. Proven experience as a social media professional or relevant role. Experience in content management, copywriting, and art direction – particularly within the digital space. Demonstrated knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and ability to drive engagement likeness, shareability, and virality. Familiarity with web design and publishing. Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in what and when to communicate to different stakeholders. Strong understanding of social media KPI’s.
