Description
Role Responsibilities:
Report directly to Manager or Project Manager, providing engineering support with overseeing assigned project and contract sites to ensure effective daily operations, customer satisfaction, and performance management.
Responsible for the design, planning, testing, commissioning, software programming, and on-site supervision of BMS in line with project plans and contract specifications.
Conduct testing and commissioning for BMS, FAS, and Security Systems, including preparation of technical submittals, method statements, compliance documentation, OSE Report and O&M manuals.
Provide after service follow up and solution to maintain customers' control or BMS system
Role Purpose:
Support system setup, programming, and commissioning activities.
Support project manager with project execution, testing, and troubleshooting,
and gaining hands-on experience in HVAC, energy management, and building automation.
Acquire and apply technical knowledge in HVAC systems, energy management, and building automation technologies.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Degree qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
Demonstrate interest in building automation, energy efficiency, and smart building technologies.
Experiences in control systems or IT networks is beneficial.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), with a good understanding of HVAC systems, lighting controls, and building automation technologies.
Knowledge of building automation protocols, programming language and system integration.
Display strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication capabilities.
Capable working in construction area or high stress environment.
Willing to work in odd working hours, e.g.: after working hours or midnight.
