WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Finance and Audit Technology team are seeking a technical resource to support our existing Accounts Payable / Fixed Assets (APFA) vendor products in a technical and administrative capacity. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, implement approved changes, and help maintain the stability and effectiveness of our APFA systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a Windows-based environment, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn new technologies and applications.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Provide technical and administrative support for APFA vendor products
- Work with business partners to gather requirements and implement system changes
- Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and routine maintenance activities
- Assist with SQL queries, data validation, and basic data analysis
- Document support activities, changes, and procedures as needed
- Learn and adapt to new applications, tools, and support processes
- Support Windows server-based environments and related technologies
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Technical experience working with Windows servers
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business partners and technical teams
- Eagerness to learn new applications and technologies
- SQL experience
Nice-to-have:
- Previous Accounts Payable / Fixed Assets experience or knowledge
- C# programming experience
- Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains / SAP / Epicor Kinetic e10 experience
