At PwC, our people in Deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.In Business Recovery Services at PwC, other than the typical M&A advisory work, you will also help clients navigate financial distress and recover from challenging business situations. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice and solutions to optimize recovery outcomes.

As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
Prepare deliverables
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand
Technical Qualifications
Proficient knowledge in finance and accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting from a reputable local or overseas university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale). A master's or MBA degree from overseas would be an advantage.
Holding a CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is considered advantageous.
Relevant experience in the following areas, including but not limited to:
Buy-side and Sell-side M&A Advisory (target search, due diligence, valuation, transaction document review, negotiation).
Financial modeling.
Feasibility studies.
Corporate or group restructuring.
Debt and financial restructuring.
Fundraising (debt and equity).
Initial Public Offerings (IPO).
Proficiency in speaking and writing in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Non-Technical Qualifications
Associate: fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Confidence and maturity.
Strong analytical and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
