Company Description
Zenith is the ROI agency. We help brands make Bold Moves in communications to drive profitable, measurable growth.
At Zenith, Bold Moves are big, brave shifts to strategy, data, audience or activation. They’re grounded in evidence, backed by rigorous forecasting and designed to deliver stronger returns for clients and better experiences for consumers. We work as empathetic partners, taking the time to understand our clients’ businesses and tying our success to theirs.
Part of Publicis Media, Zenith has over 5,000 specialists across 90 markets. In the UK, we work with leading organisations including The Very Group, Macmillan and Morrisons – helping them make smarter, more impactful choices to unlock growth. We believe an inclusive culture strengthens our business, enabling greater idea exchange, innovation and creativity, and we actively encourage our people to drive positive change.
Overview
We are hiring a Paid Social Account Manager to help shape standout social campaigns for a major client. You’ll join a collaborative social team, taking ownership of paid social strategy and delivery across high-profile campaigns. This is an opportunity to combine platform expertise, data and creative thinking to produce work that delivers meaningful results for clients. You’ll work closely with colleagues across social, planning and strategy, turning ambitious briefs into effective campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own paid social strategy across audiences, creative best practice, bidding approaches and campaign delivery.
- Turn performance data into clear, actionable insights that inform client and media decisions.
- Define meaningful KPIs and measurement approaches aligned with wider business and marketing objectives.
- Lead testing and innovation plans, exploring platform features and technology that can improve campaign performance.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign delivery, optimisation, budgets, tracking and reconciliation, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal partners, communicating expectations, opportunities and delivery risks clearly.
- Support colleagues through thoughtful delegation, constructive feedback and knowledge sharing, creating an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering paid social strategy and activation across both brand and performance campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social platforms, particularly Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Ability to translate campaign data into useful insights and recommendations rather than simply reporting results.
- Experience working directly with clients and presenting ideas, results or recommendations clearly.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, including confidence working with campaign budgets and financial processes.
- A collaborative and curious approach, with an interest in testing new ideas, tools and ways to improve paid social performance.
- Experience supporting or guiding colleagues, with an inclusive approach to sharing knowledge and helping others develop.
