Description
Our client within the retail industry is looking for an Online Sales Assistant to join their team. Your duties will be to:
- Execute end-to-end fulfillment workflows, including picking, packing, and dispatching digital retail purchases.
- Process transactional order queues across internal digital commerce platforms.
- Coordinate inventory allocation, stock rebalancing, and inter-location product transfers.
- Generate, track, and audit supplier replenishment orders.
- Inspect, log, and stage inbound freight shipments while resolving intake discrepancies.
- Conduct continuous inventory cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse storage zones.
- Resolve customer service inquiries across digital channels regarding orders, shipments, and product details.
- Apply methodical problem-solving to sustain high output within a structured, on-site fulfillment setting.
- Navigate enterprise inventory databases, order management software, and general office productivity tools.
- Communicate technical and transactional updates.
